Oil Pulling

This is an ancient Ayurvedic technique to improve oral and dental hygiene. It’s known to remove toxins from the mouth and to strengthen teeth, gums and the jaw.

I’m using Coconut oil for my daily morning routine. While I’m preparing my breakfast and while I get ready  for the day I do 15-20 minutes of Oil pulling each morning.

How it works?
Take a spoonful of Coconut oil into your mouth and pull it through your teeth (as if you were rinsing your mouth with water after brushing your teeth).
Do it for at least 10 minutes, but 15-20 minutes is better.
Don’t spit it into the sink or into the toilet but into the garbage bin, so you’re not clogging the drain.
Right after oil pulling brush your teeth thoroughly.
