My name is Annika. I was born and raised in a small village in Austria. After finishing high school I moved to Vienna where I worked as an assistant and later in tourism.
During that time I attended a Coaching training (2004-2007) and a training to become a Shiatsu practitioner (2010-2013).
After traveling and living abroad in Europe, New Zealand, Canada, Thailand and more, my path lead me 2014 to Ibiza where I still live and work today. There I also attended two Yoga teacher trainings.
In 2016 I started my business Never Mind, Just Be and added more wellbeing to islanders and visitors as a Yoga teacher and Shiatsu practitioner.
Movement, sports of all kind, as well as meditation were my constant companion, wherever I was. They gave me roots to feel at home, even when I was on the other side of the world. They gave me strength and wings to go on to discover the world and, most of all, to come home to myself. To get to know myself better and to live a more fulfilled life, which truly works very, very well for me.
Because of the corona crisis my working situation changed, as it has for many. A much needed change had to happen and so life threw the opportunity towards me to work as a Virtual Assistant.
Today I offer solely my services as a Yoga teacher (online and offline) and as a Virtual assistant.
