Balance your digestive system

My daily treat for my guts are Psyllium Husks.
It protects your digestive system and helps to keep it balanced.
Whether your digestion is quite fast or slow, Psyllium Husks help wonders either way.

What to do?
Take it in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally after Oil pulling.
Put 1 coffee spoon of Psyllium Husks into 0.25l of (warm) water.

Fast digestion:
If your digestion is quite fast, and you tend towards diarrhoea then let the husks soak maximum 3 minutes. Stir well and drink it. Drink another 0.25ml of pure water right after.

Slow digestion:
If you are prone to constipation let the Psyllium Husks soak at least 5 minutes.
Stir well and drink it. Drink another 0.25l of pure water right after.

You could also add some drops of lemon juice into the Psyllium water, or into the water after. Also, I recommend soaking and drinking the Psyllium Husks in warm water.

This is one of my daily morning rituals.
