At the moment I am so busy that I have to put even more attention to what I eat, in order to keep my energy level up to get everything done.
This morning I made an amazing energy boost that I now want to share with you:

Fruit muesli with yoghurt and superfoods:


1 plum
1 apricot
1 banana
3 dates
1 tbsp goji berries
yoghurt (you can use a soy variation or leave it away)
1 cup muesli
1 cup rice milk with coconut
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 tbsp chia seeds

You can buy superfoods like chia seeds, maca and lucuma powder in organic stores, or you buy them online. I have a bunch of products from Rainforest Superfoods (via Amazon available).
