Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic technique to improve oral and dental hygiene. It’s known to remove toxins from the mouth and to strengthen teeth, gums and the jaw.
I use either organic Coconut oil for this daily morning routine and sometimes I use an organic tooth oil that also has xylitol, tumeric and other great ingredients.
While I’m preparing my breakfast, take a shower or while I get ready for the day I do 15-20 minutes of Oil pulling each morning.
How to do it:
Take a tablespoonful of oil (of your choice) into your mouth and pull it through your teeth (as if you were rinsing your mouth with water after brushing your teeth).
Do it for at least 10 minutes, but 15-20 minutes is better.
Don’t spit it into the sink or into the toilet but into the garbage bin, so you’re not clogging the drain.
Right after oil pulling brush your teeth thoroughly.
Try it out and see the results yourself.
Have you tried it already?
